Free plan
The Starter plan is free, so no payment or refund applies.
Paid plans
If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Creator products
Purchases of products sold by creators on their profiles are governed by each creator's own refund terms.
How to request
Contact us through the Contact page with your account email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
